Custom designed items will take 9-11 business days to create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 48 working hours, can be expected Arrived in approximately 10-12 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.

USPS International Priority (Allow 1 - 2 days to ship and 10-12 days to arrive. USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS

*Please note that all solid gold, diamond, or custom orders are made to order.  These orders may take 4 - 6 weeks to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance.

Undeliverable Packages:


We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a reliable and safe delivery location for the package.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete or invalid address, you will be offered the options of reshipping the package, for a $20 shipping and handling fee, or canceling the order (subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. This is applicable for noncustom items only!). If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of the failed delivery, we will proceed with cancellation and the associated fee.

 

Quality Problem Packages:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

DOBLING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number. So Please Provide the Complete and Exact Shipping address While placing the orders.
NOTE: Lost/ stolen packages are not eligible for a refund Nor a replacement

  • Look in your mailbox and around the delivery location- the courier may have left it somewhere less conspicuous (e.g. by the garage, on the front porch, in the decorative antique mailbox on the house, etc.)
  • Ask anyone you live with if they found the package (e.g. roommate takes the package in and puts it up for safe keeping, and then forgets until asked)
  • Check with your neighbors, particularly if you have similar house numbers
